Pros: Everything about the resort was exceptional. The villa was spacious, private, and beautifully designed with breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—always warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The resort grounds were stunning, with lush greenery and an infinity pool that felt like paradise. The restaurants were absolutely amazing, with incredible food and variety. When I got sick, having a doctor on-site was such a relief, and the staff’s genuine care and constant check-ins made me feel so well looked after. They also made our honeymoon unforgettable with welcome treats as a surprise and so many thoughtful touches that made us feel truly special. I honestly cannot fault this resort, every staff member treated us beyond expectations and I will now be a loyal four seasons customer across the globe.

Cons: The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the breakfast buffet—it didn’t match the high standard of everything else at the resort.

A Delightful Stay at the Four Seasons Resort at Jimbaran Bay

Pros: The resort was stunning, and the staff were attentive, professional, and friendly. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our honeymoon at the Four Seasons Resort, they took note and thoughtfully arranged our room along with a few delightful surprises to make us feel special, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the facilities and amenities were excellent.

Cons: There were a few broken items in our villa, including the exterior base of the bathtub and one of the blinds. Additionally, the lighting in the room, especially around the bathroom area, could be improved to make it easier for ladies to apply their make-up.

Pros: Everything!!!! But the staff are phenomenal. You expect great service at Four Seasons hotels, but the level of personal attention and overall delivery to the guests in this resort is one of the best Four Seasons we have stayed at. We will definitely be back

Cons: A bit further from everything. I used Grab which is quite good to get around. The buffet could be improved for the money!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in

Pros: The staff is great and very friendly, the villa is beautiful and very comfortable and the spa is very good.

Cons: The restaurants are too expensive for the food they offer. They’re good but I had better meals for 1/3 the price in Bali. They’re still worth it.

Our stay was an absolute dream!!

Pros: The staff at the Four Seasons resort were absolutely incredible. They made our entire stay magical and so memorable. The entire team there should get promotions and raises on how good they were (honestly they really really should)! In particular the concierge team were amazing and made us feel like to trip was a dream! Thank you so much, we loved our stay and will definitely recommend the Four Seasons to our friends and family.

Pros: Everything was exceptional, the staff is made up of very wonderful people. They took care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed and made sure that everything was ok. The Sundara manager is a really good person and did his job really well.
