Pros: Our stay at InterContinental Bali Resort was absolutely wonderful. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens, and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a perfect holiday. A special thank you to Sukra and Sudarma from the Sunset Beach Bar & Grill. Their professionalism, kindness, and warm smiles made our evenings truly special. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the sunset atmosphere unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine 5-star experience in Bali 🌴🌅

Lovely resort a great staff!

Pros: Wonderful expansive gardens with great pool and access to the beach and the lovely sound of breaking surf. The Ko Japanese restaurant was very sophisticated and very engaging staff served great food. Lovely big room, with great garden view - may not be the most modern, but had a lot of charm!

Cons: The staff at the sunset bar tried too hard and were in your face - the food wasn’t great either. However, the pool bar & restaurant were much nicer. Lights in the room were a bit challenging - lack of labelling and trying to find the last light to turn off proved a bit annoying! (The corridor light!)🥺

Pros: This resort was absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t believe how wonderful it was! From the pools, to the hotel reception area, the restaurants and the staff- we were so impressed. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The room was a little outdated but still clean and comfortable! We did struggle with the pillows though as they were so soft they didn’t provide support- a choice of soft and firm pillows would have been great!

Super stay for a family !

Pros: Spacious rooms, friendly staff at check in and breakfast and the hotel itself is HUGE! It has 5 pools , great beach access for swimming and plenty of things to do. Staff is helpful all the time and the rooms are really comfortable and spacious to stay in.

Cons: Nothing at all. It’s a great place to stay and I would stay again.

The most amazing place you’ll ever stay!

Pros: Best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Well worth the spend! The most amazing, hospitable staff, such lovely, genuine people. Breakfast was fantastic! Views were stunning and the pools were just amazing. We tried all restaurants at this resort and they just topped each other, they were all amazing and such great quality food. The room was gorgeous, super spacious and family friendly, and the whole resort was overall one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. 1000% will be coming back.

Cons: Lobby area was all open so it can be quite hot but staff did great effort to cool the place down.
