Cons: Clean , everything you need from home comforts. Shampoo, conditions, toothpaste, fridge etc everything

Excellent value for money, clean, good smelling, modern and well equipped room

Pros: Clean, modern and well fitted room. I stayed in a place nearby which was more expensive and not as nice as this place. Smelt very nice also and an amazing place to stay when on a budget

Cons: A little walk to the busy areas but overall nothing is bad

Great value for money

Pros: Just a simple room but clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood though far from shops and restaurants. Hard to walk there so scooter or GrabBike recommended.

Pros: Everything about the property is brilliant. The laundry service out front is so convenient! The staff are super friendly and helpful with fast responses.

Pros: Clean, quiet and lovely host. Easy to get around and you can get your laundry done right outside. Will be back when im down in Bali again.

Cozy Place

Pros: Very nice stay for me, there’s only 4 rooms so it was a nice little community that wasn’t crowded (for introverts like me that enjoy that). The cleaner was very kind and lovely. The shared kitchen was relatively clean. Convenient water station that dispensed hot water so no need to use the kettle. Also off topic but the Pikopi coffee they provided was so nice I bought some from a grocery store hahah Also the shower was warm which was great, I thought it would be cold from previous reviews but thankfully was nice and warm. They also accommodated late check in for me which was nice as I had a night flight. Also was a great location, especially for food delivery - only thing I would suggest is adding a note (for Gojek or Grab) that the property is on the corner of JI. Intan Permai and Gg. Camar. Oh and the aircon was amazing 👌🏼

Cons: If you have multiple luggage, I suggest bringing them in one at a time - The entrance isn’t ideal for heavy luggage, big steps to go over and the pathway are tiles on grass - I had brought a carry on luggage and checked luggage at one time and my big luggage was too heavy for one arm so I had rolled it on the grass (not seeing that the grass was damp) so I had wet soil on my wheels which made a mess that I later cleaned. (My own fault, but ya live and ya learn) Location was great but the traffic on the main roads nearby made getting a Gojek car a little time consuming but again, just an FYI. The sink handle and toilet handle (from the inside of the bathroom) was really dirty and a little mouldy. The shower being right next to the toilet was a little gross but I knew that was the case when I booked so I would suggest going to the bathroom first before showering cause the toilet will be wet after the shower. Besides the above, it’s a great location, I recommend 😊

Overall good experience

Pros: Having a kitchen with all utensiles to cook, if you plan to live long it can be best option. They have rent moto and car facility too.

Value for money , best stay in bali. Perfect for single or couple . Rooms big enough , host is great and price is SUPERB

Pros: The host is adorable , works hard on making sure the guests are looked after and attended to , Customer service is number 1 and she tries hard to make you feel welcomed Amazing job

Cons: Nice if it had a pool , but in that price you can’t complain

Great value for what you pay but not many facilities other than a kitchen
