Excellent interior, below average location

Pros: I like that it was exactly like in photos. Comfortable bed, and the lighting inside the room was excellent.

Cons: The suite is just across a building site currently and the area doesn't look nice. Need a solid 15 min walk to anywhere or a ride.

Pros: I love that the host is very thoughtful with the little things such as the first aid kit and the mosquito spray. It really does feels like home

Comfortable and cozy just outside of the hustle and bustle

Pros: We had a super comfortable stay at Alaya Homes. We loved the modern yet cozy design of the place, with nice furniture and a huge bed. The apartment was extremely clean, with daily cleaning. The location is in a quiet side street and since there are only 4 apartments, it all feels very private. Unit C is on the top floor, so that adds to the privacy. Wifi was very good, we had videocalls here without any issues.

Cons: It's a 20 min walk to the main Seminyak shopping street and beach crossing a big road, so if you want to be in the middle of the action that's not ideal. For us it was perfect however as we enjoyed the quiet location.

Pros: Très beau et pratique fonctionnel pas loin des centre d’intérêt

Cons: Les travaux en face pour nous sont dérangeant le matin car on aime dormir tard mais pour des personnes qui se leve le matin cela ne pose aucun problème étant donner qu’il commence ver 9h du matin avec possibilité d’attaquer plus tard a la demande
