Staff were the best

Pros: Staff were lovely, pool was massive and the rooms were cosy. I arranged for the room to be decorated for my boyfriend’s birthday and they really helped with access and clean up. 10/10

A lovely relaxing stay at Aqua Bali Villa, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: The pool was amazing! Also it was very quiet so I basically had the massive pool to myself everyday! The staff were beautiful and so helpful. All the greenery was absolutely stunning too. A very relaxing stay and room :)

Cons: There’s only one thing I could say that was a small negative is that some of the towels / sheets has some stains on them but you can just ask for new ones :)

Pros: Very spacious room. the floor tiles, paintings on the walls, decorations, etc. have a very nice Balinese touch, although the wooden bed frame is very squeaky. We loved the swimming pool, it was clean, it's deep and it was always empty. Very quiet location, not far away from nice restaurants. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Bose sound system in the room 😃

Cons: The hot tub on the terrace of the room looks very old and worn out, I didn't even bother to use it

Pros: Big room, comfortable bad, pillows. Everything was changed and cleaned, after first request. Big bathroom and bath with new ce mirrors, for girls. Bright, quiet space. The territory is amazing, dlfar away from.noise of Changgu. You can reach everything with Grab/bike. Super welcome and friendly stuff, they help me a lot and provide everything what I need. Okay daily cleaning

Cons: A bit old facilities with leaking in the sink
