A hidden treasure in the heart of Legian

Pros: Number one staff and comfort. Centrally located! Super awesome and super friendly staff , both in the hotel and the restaurant. Mr Pande and Mr Hery in particular, assisted with all that I required for my stay, without any hesitation and going absolutely above and beyond. Thank you so much to these lovely men and to all the staff and all the ladies at breakfast. Sensational location, so quiet even though it’s in the heart of everything. And the rooms are gorgeous, Villa style and the bed is beautifully decorated giving a WOW feeling on arrival and from the moment I checked in. Thank you .

Cons: The pool looks so lush and all I wanted to do was jump in it but due to my decreased Mobility I was unable to get up the staircase to get to the pool and was hoping it was like other hotels, at the same level as the rooms where I could enjoy it, but in this particular case it wasn’t. Other than that everything else was great.

Great bake, beautiful staff

Pros: The location was great, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Beautifully maintained gardens and rooms very clean, with beautiful fresh flowers every day. Abigail and her male counterpart were excellent on reception. Always so very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice, breakfast room is close to the road and rather hot.

Cosy, nice

Pros: Cosy place with nice scenery. No buffet breakfast due to low guests (we didn't have breakfast included anyway). Pool isn't huge but it's big enough and well maintained; kids and adults enjoyed. Beach isn't too far but take a windy path getting to it.

Cons: Our family suite didn't sit in the nice garden part of the hotel and no balcony or outdoor area. Legian seems to be a tourist trap with few value eateries around. Too many sports bars, and everyone trying to welcome Aussies. I came to Bali to get away from Australia!
