Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta

I was very happy to stay there for 3 nights.

Pros: Their staff are very friendly and very respectful. They serve us very well. The place is very clean. The location is very good

Pros: Friendly staff, 24 hr security. Spacious rooms with ensuite, A/C, tea coffee facilities.

Cons: Stayed in the hotel in 2014, which was a wonderful experience. How ever the hotel is showing showing it's age and would benefit from from TLC

As soon as we arrived they were very accommodating and welcoming.

Pros: Very well priced, so lovely and clean, staff were wonderful, beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The room upgrade was great. I requested for a quiet room and they provided one that faced the pool instead of the street. Each floor has a water dispenser and this made it very easy. The room was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Cons: Despite not facing the main street, loud music was still very much audible until at some point in the night. I saw a cockroach near one of the food stations at breakfast. “Guests” were moving furniture in the room above ours (if you are Southeast Asian, you’ll understand what I mean by “guests”).

Great room and location is near airport. Good value

Pros: Great room with a free upgrade. Very spacious. Friendly staff. Very clean

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t very good and I think that’s why the restaurant is empty at night

Couldn't have chosen a better place!

Pros: There wasn't a single negative or downside, especially for the price we paid! Breakfast was awesome and had great variety, plus was always warm. The pool was a great temperature and is very pretty with a lovely bridge. The room ac works very well and kept the room cool during our entire stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got alot of support from them which really made the difference on our current visit. My partner and I both got sick with different things at different times and my partner was in a dire condition. If it wasn't for the hotels staff and facilities we'd have had to go home early on an emergency flight. The fact the place was so accommodating made it so we could focus on getting well and trying to salvage our trip. I cannot thank the staff enough! If we go back to Bali there's no question, this is where we will stay.

Cons: Absolutely nothing! I cannot think of a single flaw or fault.

Pros: The rooms were a really good size and nice and clean. The pool was awesome and brekky selection was great. The staff were so lovely and friendly …. Location was perfect for us

Pros: All staff were excellent went above and beyond and very welcoming.

Cons: Bed sheets were stained and overall cleanliness poor, however to be expected given the price.

Pros: Breakfast had an amazing selection everyday. Rooms are very comfortable, air cons work. Amazing view and pool is fantastic. Right in the heart of Kuta, couple minutes walk from everything you could need. Amazing hotel.
