Fantastic vegan breakfast

Pros: Warm & welcoming staff, spacious room, which is very well equipped to give you all the comfort you need. Amazing à la carte vegan breakfast selection - high quality & delicious from starter, juice, coffee to the main, everything!

Cons: The sound isolation was not the best, could hear noises from the corridor or outside storm even with earplugs. Stayed only 1 night, so it was fine.

Always good to stay here for quick acess to the airport , or the Irish bar in kuta.

Pros: Great boutique hotel to stay in if you need quick access to the airport (5 min away) or Water Bom Park (2 min walk). A very good à la carte breakfast is always a bonus when staying here, rather than the usual buffet.

Beautiful stay

Pros: I don't usually leave reviews but the staff were so great and the friendliest place I've ever stayed and I come to Bali 3 times a year so that is really saying something. Tri was the best at front desk always checking I was ok...and the rooms were absolutely beautiful...x

Great location and brekky included

Pros: Liked that it was in a central location. Good value for money and the included breakfast with your stay was awesome

Cons: Even when sign was on the door they still wanted to clean rooms. But it didn't need to be done every day.

One of the best in Bali

Pros: Very good staff, good breakfast, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view from the rooms was great, as were the breakfast and the lunch and dinner options. I think this is one of the best and cleanest hotels in Bali.

Cons: The evening music could be more up to date. There are many guests in their 30s and 40s, often with families, but the bands seem stuck in the 60s and 70s with their choice of music.

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights after 6 days in Ubud and it was absolutely amazing wish we stayed here longer, got a free upgraded room which was spectacular, room was clean and well stocked plus comfortable best bed ever! Excellent breakfast for the price and room service after a long day plus beautiful staff we cannot wait to come back!

Beautifully comfortable hotel close to Waterbom and shopping malls

Pros: This is the second time we've staryed at the Amnaya Resort - the location is great for us to visit Waterbom and the nearby shopping malls. The rooms are very private, modern and comfortable and we love the big choice at breakfast.

Cons: I can't think of anything!

Excellence at an affordable price

Pros: This place is amazing. It's very good value for money. The entire staff were awesome and the Manager made us feel very much at home

Amazing but …

Pros: I am currently staying at Amnaya Resort Kuta. The rooms and overall service have been very good, and the property itself is comfortable and well presented.

Cons: However, the breakfast offering has been disappointing. The limited à la carte concept with strict category restrictions reduces flexibility and makes it inconvenient if the selected item is not satisfactory, as there is no easy option to change it. Beverage choices are also limited and not refillable, which feels restrictive. This breakfast concept was not clearly outlined at the time of booking, and clearer communication would have helped manage expectations.
