Home away from home

Pros: Nice and quiet. Kids loved the pools. Rooms were made up daily. All the staff were ultra friendly. Breakfast was good, plentiful and lots of choice.

Relaxing, comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dining facilities. Nice pool area. Wonderful staff throughout the whole of the hotel from reception, housecleaning, pool and food and beverage areas.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

I only stayed for 2 nights but it was certainly value for money.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Welcoming drink when I arrived was refreshing, the room was tidy. The people are so friendly, I would stay there again.

Cons: There wasn't anything to not like.

Amazing hotel with great staff and excellent facilities and location

Pros: The staff are one of the biggest reason we come back many times. Housekeeping is exceptional and Adi who has sadly left to go off and venture the world, we cannot wait to book again to see Agus, Gusto, Dani and all the amazing friends we have made. Guest relations young lady (huge apologies I have a mind blank) is so attentive and is extremely helpful with any requests. Cannot wait to be back again in hopefully a few weeks xx

Cons: Could perhaps be repainted in the near future ( I think it actually has started already)

Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff.

Pros: The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an excellent buffet catering for most tastes. The service around the pool was also friendly and attentive. Kuta wasn’t our first choice of location but we were meeting friends. If Kuta is your thing, then The Bali Rani is ideal. Set amongst the hustle and bustle but once in the hotel it is mostly quiet and relaxing.

Cons: The hotel was perfect for a Kuta based holiday.

Excellent value for money in central location, close to water bom park and airport

Pros: We booked this hotel as a day stay whilst we waited for our evening flight. Beautiful grounds, stunning pool, great location, and excellent staff. Chris was exceptional.

Cons: No faults.
