Pros: The property was clean and tidy and the staff were always happy to help

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and we could feel springs in the mattress

Reasonable price in heart of Kuta

Pros: Excellent central location, great swimming pool (near beach), large rooms, great staff and beautiful garden. Excellent internet wifi.

Cons: Rooms are very dated. Furniture in need of some repair and bathroom definitely need an upgrade. Obviously an older property and think price reflects this. Renovations were happening at the time, but were not advised of this, nor did it disrupt our stay. Second pool under shade of building definitely in need of repairs. Was kept clean although had concrete cladding above it looking like it was about to fall off into the pool below.
