Comfortable, safe, a little away from the busy area but a close walk to everything.

Pros: I loved the private outdoor shower. The pool was calm and relaxing. The front gate closed in the evening gave the property more security. The owner was helpful and went beyond getting us transportation at 3am. Some guests seemed to be long term tenants which gave an additional feeling of wellbeing and safety. Convenient store 2 doors down was useful and staffed by friendly people.

One of my best in my life

Pros: I arrived late and the hotel kindly waited for me at check-in. For this price, I’ve never experienced such attentive service. The owner gave me tips on where to exchange money, shared local recommendations, and even helped me when I injured my foot by providing medicine. The room was very clean, extra towels were offered, and I didn’t hear any geckos or see mosquitoes. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. One of the cleanest and most welcoming places I’ve stayed in Bali. The owner is not only a good host, but also a genuinely kind person. Highly recommended!

Cons: This is not negative thing, don't expect 5 stars new hotel from here. This is old hotel within very good staff , owner and walking distance from many important things.

Pros: The Facility owner was very helpful and friendly he recommended spots and gave me couple advices while I was new on the island he’s speaks 3 languages fluently also so communication with him was easy

A hidden gem in Seminyak

Pros: The staff and owner were amazing, so lovely to speak to each day. The location is great - everything you could need is within walking distance including the beach (around 15 minutes) and there is a circle k next door. You can choose your own breakfast from a few different options and it was lovely each morning, freshly made when you are ready for it. It is very peaceful sitting at the pool, we ended up extending our stay by a week. I would definitely come back here in the future.

Perfectly fine stay for a very honest price

Pros: Older complex but comfortable, big rooms with big fridge. Nice pool and very good Wi-Fi. You can rent a good, cheap scooter from the owner which is a plus. Great cost/benefit ratio.

Great stay in Seminyak

Pros: The owner and the staff were amazing and helped us a lot. Very good location (quiet area, perfect to sleep at night!). Great swimming pool. And we loved the breakfast :) Thank you again for a great stay!

Pros: Exceptional stay. The staff are so lovely. I will definitely be coming back. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom clean. The pool was large enough to swim laps and was so pretty. Very good location short walk to heaps of restaurants and spas.

Pros: The hosts went above and beyond to help us being our first trip to Bali , they helped with so much information highly recommend I will be staying there every visit
