Really comfortable and safe

Pros: We booked 2 rooms which was the family onsuite and the deluxe room. The family onsuite was very good. It offers a big spacious room for family whilst the other roon was a standard hotel room. They also gave the welcome fruit platters in the family onsuites which was very nice and thoughtfull.

Cons: The door for the shower was annoying because when it open it blocked the way for our traffic to open the exit door. The food variation was a bit boring and i dont think it is really value for money with the price. The improvements for the breakfast team because they pick and choose the guest when they offers the watermelon juice and the tofu. I can see that they only choose the expat tourists/guests whilst they ignored the domestic tourists/ guests.

Pros: Our stay at Hotel Santika Denpasar by Aston was very good overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities met our expectations and the location was convenient.

Cons: The only minor drawback was that our room was located near the swimming pool, which was a bit noisy at times. Aside from this, everything was excellent, and we would happily recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay in Denpasar.

Pros: I liked everything especially the staff I felt like home, just one thing AC is very weak not strong enough, But everything was perfect.

nice hotel great location, wanna back in the future.

Pros: The pastries during breakfast were varied and delicious. The coffee is excellent. Some traditional foods were great too. There were nasi goreng and sambal goreng ati, which are tasty. The staff are also friendly, useful and aware of any dirty plates on our tables.

Cons: I don't have any dislikes about the hotel, except for one thing: the water in the toilet was a little smelly when it hadn't been used for hours.
