Lovely staff

Pros: The staff were lovely, the location is good. Great value

Cons: Very tired, the rooftop was closed, so there was nowhere to have a drink. The food in the restaurant was really not good and it was incredibly hot as the AC didn’t really work well and the outdoor area was closed

Pros: Lovely spacious room, all very new. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice Good location for airport transit Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Breakfast not very exciting. Potatoes were underdone and chicken sausages were bland and not very hot. Poached eggs were hard. Near to a noisy main road

Luxury worth the value!

Pros: Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Chika and Bintang! and housekeeping. Room was Deluxe and spacious! Totally Royal and worth the value! ❤️ Rooftop Restaurant is well decorated and offers a 360° View from Jimbaran overlooking the Bay and Airport on one side and the GWK Statue on the other, 20 mins radius from both. New lifts. Inhouse Spa.

Cons: Steps leading to reception. Restaurant staff needs to be trained better. Management is too focused on energy saving and cost cutting instead of guest comfort. They switch off AC even when guests are dining and only switch on 1 AC upon specifically requesting to do so. Swimming pool is quite deep, the deeper end needs to be marked with signage.

Pros: Big spacious rooms comfy beds and cleanliness. Rooftop views and restaurant was good

Value for money. Safe area and free parking available.

Pros: The property is located on the main road to Jimbaran-Ulawatu. Nusa Dua is just 10 min by scooter. Uluwatu is around 15 min ride. The rooms are big and well maintained. AC does its job, bed is comfortable. I had an Ocean view room, though the sea is far but you can still see it. The guy in the restaurant Mady is a very friendly person, all the staff is very welcoming. The roof top restaurant is a good place to sit at during sunset and sunrise. The Hotel arranged scooter at a decent price, free parking is available.

Cons: The Wi-Fi is very bad. The cleaning staff do not do their job seriously, we had to stand next to them and get the cleaning done or else they just finish the job in 2 min and run away.
