Lovd Risata Resort & Spa

Pros: Lovd the resort gardens and facilities. Stayed in a hotel room first night, room was nice Than seven nights a 7x owners apartments which were EXCELLENT. Room serviced daily wth fresh towels and bottles of water. Will definitely stay there next trip. The resort was nice and quiet in November. Great location, only had to walk through the resort rear drive to get to the main street shops restaurants Lippo Mall right there and Discovery Mall, Kuta Market and the beach an easy walk. Staff are absolutely lovely and very courteous and helpful.

Cons: Only downside is we didn't like seeing the way alot of Indian guest treated the staff and other guest. They were rude, the arrogance and no manners. It ain't hard to say please and thankyou instead of barking orders!

Cons: Wife lost her bathers or left them in the room when we checked out, messaged the next day and they said they weren’t there.. sure Cost and speed of laundry, the 3hr store across the road was 14x faster and 3x cheaper
