Great spot

Pros: Great spot and great value. 2nd stay. Ladies at the Warungs in the Jerman Beach car park are great 👍 A good breakfast down at the beach.

Cons: Having to walk through flood water at 11pm while a hotel branded vehicle drove down the street at a decent speed, creating a bow wave over knee height. A long walk from the top of the street.

Lovely room and great service

Pros: The room was very nice, clean and spacious, with a peaceful green view and a balcony. I especially appreciated the small sofa, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the staff was helpful — they allowed me to have an early breakfast before my departure, which I really appreciated.

Cons: During breakfast there was someone smoking indoors, which as a non-smoker I found a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Always get the best sleep and close to many eateries and conveniences

Pros: Close to the airport and the beach. Great for transition to and from airports. Beds and pillows incredibly comfortable. Great pool and staff welcoming and friendly.

Pros: All the staff are so friendly and nice. We had the family room which was big and spacious (I mean big) and the room was always spotless. We loved the spa - a big shout out to Srinata, Kari and Mary. The service was wonderful and the pricing was even more wonderful. We went 3 times during our 4 day stay . Beautiful roof top area - excellent for watching the sunset , Food and drinks at the hotel good and reasonably priced. Great breakfast included. Nice pool area up top with comfortable loungers, and umbrellas - shower area and bathroom - (be careful - the sun is sooooo hot! and you can burn quickly) Lots of other restaurant options near by.

Cons: German Beach across the road was undergoing rehabilitation so not really accessible or user friendly but that did not not really impact us very much.

Pros: Great location beach access and eateries close by.

Pros: We love the location to the airport and shopping and restaurants in the southern end of Kuta. The rooms are always so clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is huge and the views are amazing. No bar but easy to call for service. The food in the restaurant is brilliant and very affordable. The breakfast is more than adequate and they offer a pre ordered selection of cooked breakfasts with a fruit/toast/juice buffet. We'll keep going back..that was our fourth stay.

Cons: I would ask to be on the bottom floor next time. We hadn't been on the second floor before. Felt as though the road noise was louder and also there were more doors to bang close than on the bottom floor.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Perfect location. Perfect view for swimming pool and top-roof.

Pros: Everything was excellent, great value for money Nothing to complain about. Really really good hotel at the end of the beach Will definitely be back with the family in September
