Great location, my kids absolutely loved it as we all did. Couldn’t fault the place and would love to go back the same v

Pros: Property was beautiful. Afternoons they would come around with mosquito repellent and coils for the rooms and outside bathrooms. Load of lovely restaurants around the location.

Cons: Not as much shopping on our street but walk 3 minutes up the road and there is loads of shops including Bintang supermarket being 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Pros: The space we had in Villa 4 was perfect. To have an air conditioner in the sitting room is a must

Cons: The first villa was not worth the money and the set up was all outside with no aircon. Not enough sun around the pool area so the pool water was always freezing

Pros: Was clean and they regularly came everyday. Even sprayed the house every night but the biggest thing was the people and works were sooooo nice. Thank you for making our stay awesome

Comfortable Villa in Seninyak

Pros: The location is very central, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The layout of the villa is spacious and comfortable, and having the indoor airconditioning family n seating area is nice and relaxing. Love the nightly turndown. Definitely the staff is the best part of this villa!

Cons: The villa facilities could use a renovation, the toilet seats are old and run down, the kitchen was also rundown in villa 1, termites are in the cupboards. In need for an update and also upgrade of the amenities.

Comfortable stay in Seminyak

Pros: The location was really nice, next to a busy road but still in a quiet street.

Cons: A lot of things really needed renovation. Tiles in the pool were loose, doors couldn’t close properly.

Pros: Location is central to shops, supermarkets, massage spas and easy to find

Cons: We were here in the rainy season and bathroom is semi outdoors and got a lot of water in it. Property is a little dated as older place but if returning, I would consider staying here again .
