Impiana Private Villas Seminyak

Probably one of the best hotel stays

Pros: Amazing Villas. Everything was perfect. Service was impeccable and attention to detail. The gardens were beautifully maintained as were the villas. Felt safe and looked after. Would come back in a heart beat.

Cons: Nothing!

We will return.

Pros: We were looked after from arrival to departure. The staff were so professional and friendly, nothing was a problem. The resort was well located for restaurants with a shuttle bus to the coast. Big shout out to Septia who unfortunately we missed when checking out, thanks for all your help and friendship.

Bali style Stay

Pros: It is a standard above next level. Environment, pool, space, layout, food, location… it was perfect.

Delightful and helpful staff throughout the location. Wonderful to escape to our quiet pool oasis.

Pros: Good choice of cooked breafasts and cold buffet, freshly made coffees and smoothies etc available.

Cons: I like to sit outside but motorbike and building noise unavoidable

Great kind and helpful staff

Pros: Staff and manager were extremely nice and kind and helpful. We had few issues at the first day however the management warmly cooperated to resolve it in a timely manner. Novia (manager) and Wiran (from restaurant) were extremely kind and helpful. Villa design was super luxurious.

Cons: Bathrooms/Toilets are very hot with no air conditioner. Some of the villas are located at far rear of the property which are a bit far from main street however there is buggy provided by Villa management and accessible within few minutes anytime. The villas are over-priced and may not fit in every family budget.

Pros: We loved our stay at the Impiania Private Villas. We really need a good break. Total relaxation and that's what we experienced. The staff were lovely. My daughter celebrated her birthday while we were staying and they came to our Villa with a cake and sang Happy Birthday. She loved it and really appreciated it. We stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa and it was spacious. Loved the pool. Loved the dining area where we ate and played board games at night. Husband loved the large fridge as well. Highly recommended staying here. We were in the sunset area, so we caught the buggy back to the main area for breakfast. It was so quiet and we never had to wait too long. We plan to come back again and will bring more family members. Thanks to all of the staff - breakfast staff, house cleaners, reception, everyone. So warm.

Overall great stay

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Buggy’s easy to arrange. Great breakfast

Cons: Too far from reception (sunset section). The on going construction makes it impossible to walk back

Great memories

Pros: Love the staff- helpful, friendly and attentive. Beautiful surrounding our group of 10 had a great time. Buggy was free and easily arranged to take us to reception.

Cons: We were located at the sunset section , there are 3 sections. At the time of our stay the road going in and out of the villas was under reconstruction the whole time 7 nights . We couldn’t walk in and out ourselves had to rely on buggy. Was not easy for grab to come in too.

We had our wedding at the villas yesterday and it was the most magical day

Wellness retreat for relaxation that creates serene environment that reduces stress and combines beauty with mental heal

Pros: High-vibrational estate conforming yin-yang symbol in the pool. Friendly kind personnel , comfortable beds in the bedrooms and bathrooms always clean, inner landscaping, colorful vibrant plants and fish in small garden ponds. I even saw famous small furry creature known the civet, feeds on coffee beans (Luwak coffee) walking on the fance and claimbing shrubbs. Good location not far from Seminyak and Kuta beach suitable for surfing or relaxing time.
