Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Great location in the lane of Kuta surrounded by shops and food bars grocery shops and cafes. Excellent. Lucy shop is right next door. We had a pool access room which was fantastic, can get very loud with the pool bar right there. If you’re wanting a quiet place to rest I’d recommend not booking this room. I’d definitely stay here again. The convenience of where it is made it so much easier to go walk around and do my shopping or go out for dinner and walk back to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay and that was fantastic. Note there are 2 pools at this hotel.

Cons: The down fall for me was the volume of the pool bar being near the spa/massage space. My husband and I booked a 60min full body massage in the afternoon and it was very difficult to relax with the volume of the pool bar.

Great value hotel in a great location.

Pros: Great location near Beachwalk Shopping Center, Kuta Beach and Poppies Lane. Staff are super helpful and this hotel is great value for money.

Cons: Some of the facilities needed repair. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive. Fine for the money though.

Pros: I liked this hotel until they gave me a bill for $1000 bali belly.

Cons: The hotel took my passport, my phone, and my necklace until I paid the $1000 for poo on floor bali belly. I had a severe stomach infection. The medical team they called were great however they stitched me when I said I had travel insurance if which I didn't.

Pros: Everything was great , room, staff , food , atmosphere ,

Cons: Nothing really , maybe the sunken paving close to the baby pool , I kept hitting my toes on it , just drop some sand under there , Very small issue though

Pros: We loved everything about this hotel and the pool areas where great and the staff was wonderful and its situation in a great spot, we had a wonderful holiday and would certainly stay here again.

Pros: There was nothing to dislike…..excellent staff and great breakfast and they bring the coffee to your table with a smile 😃

Cons: The reception area is outdated but the staff are great….

Pros: Friendly staff, close to shops and restaurants. Room service for meals very quick and restaurant staff very accommodating and great customer service.

Cons: Bathroom a little cramped and unpleasant smell from drainage. But it was cleaned and water temperature and pressure ok.
