Very Good Hotel

Pros: Not to much I didn't like about this hotel..big room clean bathroom and great bed. Staff were very accommodating & courteous. Excellent area to eat & have a drink. Would stay again

Cons: No bottled water to drink on arrival, but easily fixed with store nxt door.

Pros: The rooms are clean & the pool & pool area was kept clean & tidy everyday The staff are very helpful & polite. The location is fantastic everything you need is within a couple of minutes walk

Pros: The room was a comfortable size. The beds very comfy. The staff were very friendly, good family atmosphere. Right in the heart of Kuta without being to noisy. Great value for money.I'll go back for sure 👍

Great affordable place to stay in a great location

Pros: Really good location and great price! Everything you need is nearby and it‘s a great place to spend your first few nights in Bali or even longer.

Cons: The room was a bit stuffy/had the typical moldy aircon smell a lot of rooms in SEA have but after opening the balcony door for a bit it was ok

Pros: Clean and maintained pool, well working AC in the room, comfy bed for a great sleep, overall great value for money. Good location, nice warungs, local shops and laundry nearby. Already made bookings to stay here longer and return next month.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable I was alone and very safe

Cons: Majority seem to be residents at the property. Not as welcoming around the pool area.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Very clean and good value for money. Had a slight ant issue (my own fault having food on the side) the guy working got spray and resolved the issue.

Cons: It isnt the owners fault but a rooster close by making noise from the early hours for a few hours.
