Excellent value with very friendly staff

Pros: Location was excellent, close to bars and resturants. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon works well during hot days.

Cons: The hotel breakfast and resturant food was average to poor.

Pros: I’d like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service during my stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was marked by professionalism, warmth, and a genuine willingness to help. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property were truly impressive, making my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons: The only minor issue I experienced was that the room felt a little damp, likely due to humidity. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but addressing this would make the experience even better for future guests. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Keep up the great work—your team truly makes a difference!

Pros: The room was amazing and comfortable. Location was great.

Cons: Took the bar staff upstairs way too long to get my cocktails, first order took 30 minutes and then the next took 1 hour and I had to ask and obviously they hadn't ordered it and there were only 2 of us in the dining area by the pool. Speaking with other visitors they said that was the only downfall was delayed food orders to rooms etc
