It was just perfect and would definitely stay there again! Great location, walking distance to all that you need.

Pros: Omg hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows I have EVER slept on! Spotlessly clean, huge rooms. Free cold water in the hallways to top up your bottles. Just great!

Cons: Sometimes it was really loud from other guests. Soundproofing would be awesome there.

Kuta magic oasis!

Pros: The suite was very spacious! We enjoyed the large bathtub and bed plus the AC and there’s a nice swimming pool! The buffet breakfast was also very tasty and diverse.

Cons: All was amazing!

Spacious and clean

Pros: It was an overall very positive experience with very friendly staff and a spacious and clean room and bathroom.

Cons: No hand towels. Only big ones for showering.

Pros: Guaranteed best stay in the area. We had stayed in various hotels in Bali, some good, some great, this one is the perfect 10. Totally worth its rate. If you can afford it and dont want experiments, look no further, this is the one.

Good for a short stay, but with the renovations next door!!!

Pros: Very clean hotel, lovely staff and the shower pressure was very good and it was hot 😊

Cons: No shampoo or conditioner provided, ordering room service took forever, he kept asking me to wait wait wait. Then got someone else to do the order. There are renovations at the hotel next door so lots of drilling and banging going on.

Pros: The hotel was very clean staff on hand to help whenever needed. Staff were very polite. When asked for an upgrade, they even showed me the room before I committed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Bali !

Cons: The only thing I would like the hotel to take was feedback. When I asked to have my room cleaned, I did request the whole bedding to be changed but the sheet was only changed.
