Pros: Very kind staff and good, spacious room, also a breakfast is fine😊 wifi was strong and beach only 5 mins walk

Central and convenient

Pros: Central position in kuta city. Friendly staff and nice large rooms.

Pros: Great location in centrum of Kuta! Everything is close to this hotel, beach party street and big shoppingmall beachwalk. The staff are very kind and the rooms are great!

Pros: Very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The stuff is very friendly, AC is cold and quiet, hot shower. Short walk to the beach. Has a nice restaurant. Very cozy pool area, where to hang during the day and also in the evening.

Great spot, kids loved the pool, staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent pool. My teenage kids loved it and enjoyed playing there. They loved the deep pool and said this was the best pool! There was no one else there so they had it all to themselves. The aircon in the room was great, bed was comfortable.

Cons: The location of the room wasn’t great, there was no balcony over looking the pool as advertised.

Pros: swimming pool was well maintained had a good little sized shallow end with a wall to seperate the deeper end and was cleaned every night, grounds were always spotless, cleaning staff did an amazing job daily and were so friendly the joining restaurant has ice cold beers which is some times hard to find, good selection of alcohol soft drinks waters and the food was amazing, breakfast was included in our stay which was a big hit (none buffet) but delicious. had an Atm out the front which was also convenient as well as a convenient store across the street. also had a mini spa on the grounds which also offered massages and hair braiding. rooms aircon worked well 👌 the whole staffing team across the whole board were amazing and fantastic with children and made you feel incredibly welcomed.

Cons: The property in general was quite outdated and slightly run down for the price compared to some other hotels around in the area. the street was very narrow and all one way streets can take a good 25mins to to get around the block in a car.

Cons: Construction of new high rise hotel across the road. Noisy Dirty Dangerous

Pros: Located where I like to be on holiday staff very friendly value for money

Cons: To many stairs for me I personally find the 1st floor better
