Convenient and cost efficient

Pros: We had a late flight home and were coming back from the islands so only required a room for the day to freshen up and do any last minute shopping. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. Clean and convenient property, at a super affordable rate which is close to good market shopping (if you’re into that) and a quick 10 minute walk to Beachwalk Mall and Poppies 2 and 5 minutes to Kuta beach

Pros: It was nice and mostly comfortable the staff were great but there was one staff member despite my don't disturb sign pressured the day staff to call me twice when I was sleeping. Because I made the mistake of tipping the first day I was there.

Cons: Just being disturbed when I asked not to be . I had what they call a suite , shower was a bath . You couldn't shower you need to hand shower with the hose. Due to over bookings I couldn't get the suite for my entire time. Honestly I preferred my budget room vs the best suite. The budget room, the bed wasn't as good but atleast I didn't have to hand shower my self

great for a central location

Pros: Central location very near to kuta beach, helpful staff. staff helped me with printouts as well.(hotel has a printer :)

Cons: it's not a deal breaker but the pool was small.

Perfect stay except for wifi problems

Pros: Really nice room, decorated well and clean. Bed was super comfy. Nice amenities and toiletries given. Shower was nice and hot. Staff were so lovely and helpful!

Cons: WiFi didn’t reach most of the room - would only connect when stood by the door. My only complaint, loved everything else!
