Great stay...

Pros: The staff members were all very helpful trying to meet my request.. when I added an extra night, they made sure i stayed the same room. Sunny balcony was spacious as well as the room itself. The location is just right that it is not too far from the beach but still 5 min. walk away so you can be away from the noise.

Cons: They only had a wall attached shower and wrong tilt on the shower booth floor, it was a bit uncomfortable in the shower.. and noise from the repair of the pool side... And they didn't provide the face towel in the room, only bath towel.

Pros: The Royal Family 2 suite room is big.We had 1 king size bed and 2 Single bed another room.Room facilities is good.It's water dispenser in the room so u don't hv to request or boiling hot water.There is small kids tent.Every room there is a Tv.Privacy area n quiet place.Walking distance to kuta beach n beach walk.it's a 24 hours mart.If u love to massange, u can get cheaper price n great massage compare to hotel quite pricy n i can 'say' i don't feel anything n not even 1 hour. The staff is friendly.I had a problem staying there on the 5th - 9th Jan 2026.3 time black out. The food is good.Only for breakfast, there is no ala carte. Overall is recommendation👍🏻

Cons: No ala carte food for breakfast, the massage girl,black out during our vacation and no movie in my room.we only watched Youtube.

Pros: The hotel is so clean and tidy. Staff are amazingly friendly and happy in their job. The location is up and side road away from the business of Kuta, but within walking distance to beach and shops. Hotel breakfast is lovely and restaurant meals are lovely too.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
