Best place we have stayed, pool amazing and cold not tepid water. Would stay again any time.

Pros: Location was excellent. Access to so many good restaurants and massage shops was so good.

Cons: The rooftop restaurant was under construction which is fine but all the advertising for it should have been covered over until completed.

Pros: This hotel staff go over and beyond for you! Definitely the best and friendliest service , I’ve had in a hotel!!

Cons: The roof top pool and bar is closed for renovations, we were never informed of this , even at hotel there are still advertising the rooftop bar and pool! There are no signs saying closed, should be informed on booking ! The standard room we originally booked definitely needs renovations !!

Pros: Just wow !!! The best service the best food. They didn’t say no to anything. Staff were bloody amazing!! 10/10 for everyone that works in this hotel. I’ve been 10 times to Bali and stayed in 3 resorts each time and this is officially my favourite. Ticked all the boxes. Especially the kids club and there staff. Brilliant!!!

Pros: The staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff are always welcoming and very polite friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. It’s the small streets attached to it that make it very hard to walk along but that’s not anything to do with the property. The property is spotless. Pool is nice and cold but I prefer the cold water on a hot day.
