Great staff, pools, location and clean rooms

Pros: Great location in Legian, friendly staff, clean rooms, pools, great air con, wifi, hot water and comfy bed.

Cons: House keeping waking us up each morning was a little annoying, the slamming of doors as they entered and exited each room with the lock on would bang and wake us as so many rooms in hallway but im sure theyrre unaware of this :)

Value for money

Pros: Located right in the central of Legian, very close to lots of shopping area. The buffet breakfasts was good, nice rooftop BAR with amazing view. Room is very comfortable.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff

Pros: Loved the roof top bar and the kind staff super helpful, good location.

Cons: Laundry through the hotel was super expensive, sheets looked like they needed washing and there was a cockroach in our room

AMAZING

Pros: Everything was easy to find, staff was super friendly & English spoken as well as informative about nearby attractions & also helpful with arranging transport/doing washing for us & always looking out for us 💙 hotel was clean & tidy & buffet was always good too, fave part was the upstairs bar staff were amazing, fun & good company & vibes loved our stay definitely going back
