Small cool hotel in the heart of Legian
Pros: This Hotel is in a great location, 2 min walk to main street in Legian and 10 min walk to the beach. Having a nice small pool is such a bonus to cool off in the evening. There are many great food places, shops close by and it was easy to find my favorites being I was here for a month. If there was somewhere else I needed to get to, a 'grab' ride was easy to access. The room had the basic requirements I needed, a desk to work from, a good closet space, balcony to chill & safe to mention a few. I got to know the staff, even met the owner, I found them super friendly & accommodating. Early morning get ups to beat the sun was a norm for exercise along the beach boardwalk & surfing at Kuta beach where the surf is pretty consistent. I have traveled a lot, I have found the Balinese people some of the friendliest & accommodating I've met.
Cons: A lot of these remarks are always due to preconceived expectations from previous traveling, from looking at photos & reviews. Originally when I arrived I thought dam I should have spent more money, as my judgement was based on my previous Bali trip 5 years ago, before Covid. But they soon melted away soon after I took into consideration the money I spent was under half of the last trip. The room was serviced twice while I was there, so my rubbish piled up a bit, you just need to ask for this to be done. The towels/linen were a bit old, with some small holes & marks. However they were always clean & fresh, no worse than home ones. There were a few small holes & marks on the walls, with some unfinished maintenance. The bathroom had a constant leak & part of the floor never dried up. The shower is over the bathroom tub, I almost slipped over the first time stepping out. There is currently maintenance being done, the first room has just been plastered/painted & looks great. The staff have told me the whole building is getting painted & maintenance will be part of this I am sure. I loved staying here & definitely will be back as all the little issues are being addressed.

Spacious Rooms, Accommodating Staff
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. My flight out of Bali was delayed and the staff were more than happy to let me store my luggage and relax at the outdoor lounge.
Cons: The towels were stained and looked dirty. I think they should be replaced.

Will definitely come back again if I go to Bali!
Pros: I stayed at Kuta Paradise 777 for three nights, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. The location is super strategic, very close to Kuta Beach and the downtown area—you can walk to many restaurants and souvenir shops.

Wonderful
Pros: Sy menginap 4 mlm, tempat tidurnya besar & nyaman, ac nya dingin, kamar nya luas, air di kamar mandi lancar dpt sabun dan shampo , hotel agak masuk dikit dr jln besar tp masuk mobil, deket kemana2, di sekitar nya byk tempat makan ramah di kantong, kalo ke bali lagi saya akan menginap di sini

Pros: Lokasi sangat dekat jalan legian. jadi enak mau kemana2 & tempatnya sangat tenang. cocok untuk family group. booking 4 kamar serasa booking villa 😄

Very close & Comfortable
Pros: Around the room is crowded and complete. There are minimarkets, clothing stores, salons, restaurants, to Beachwalk approximately 20 minutes walk, very close.

Cons: L’acqua del rubinetto era davvero tanto calcarea e la stanza necessita manutenzione.
