Very nice budget stay near downtown.

Pros: Spacious clean room with bathroom with hot shower. Generally nice. Kind owner spoke Japanese in good way. waited us for late check in.. Also, they run a small grocery store at entrance which you can buy water and some foods, etc. convenient area, 2 minutes to convenience store..

Cons: One room got sometimes smell of sewage from AC. but acceptable level.. FYI, It's located at smaller street which taxi car can barely enter..

Pros: The room is spacious, the water pressure is amazing, the location is great (there’s a supermarket open 24/7 2’ away by walk, and the host is helpful and efficient.

Cons: The lack of table/desk and unstable internet connection makes it not compatible for work, but other than that, I think it’s good value for the price!
