absolutely beautiful and amazing

Pros: the staff here are absolutely awesome, very friendly offering great service, the breakfast is my favorite time of the day, i love the food here, I'm comfortable in my awesome private villa, the room is perfect for me but most of all its the staff they really look after me so well, i absolutely love this place.

Cons: just me losing my room key 🫣

Pros: Always great place to stay. Staff are friendly, breakfast is beautiful with lots of options and location is close to everything.

Cons: Room number 1108 need some work. Shower outside is leaking through hose and wooden floor upon entry is not stable.

Pros: The outdoor bathroom, the mini pool, the big pool, the staff were fabulous kind and helpful from restaurant, to concierge staff, cleaners, maintenance people all amazing.

Cons: The location is not my favourite.

Pros: Staff were lovely, room was comfortable with a fridge. Air-conditioning was great.

Cons: We checked in at 2 but room wasn't ready til 2.40 so we had to wait in lobby for a while. Restaurant food was okay buy not for us. No Netflix on the TV. Shower sprayed the whole bathroom lol.

Pros: Location, close the airport. Large communal pool, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons: Furniture needs updating. Personal plunge pool needs filtering system, did not use.

Pros: The breakfast! Best one in Bali iv been to. The main pool is nice. The staff were lovely. The water was hot in the bath. The spa people that come to your room were great. They had decaf!!! Amazing

Cons: On arrival there was a lot of hair on the sheets. Other peoples hair. I have bruised hips from the bed.

Pros: The value of the price and cleanliness of the villa. The staff were really nice and spoke good English.

Cons: Didn't really like the location would have preferred something more central to the markets/shops. Most of the places around were local shops and food not really tourist like. Our plunge pool whirl system didn't work too.
