Pros: Great location, good service. The break fast buffet was great too.

Cons: Pool and the gym was disappointing. Pool was too big for kids to swim and the gym had small weights.

PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta is an amazing choice. I would go back.

Pros: The hotel itself was wonderful. Spacious, Great location and I loved the pool. The restaurant had so many choices and fantastic prices, I could eat there every day for more than a week and not get tired of the various meals.. I loved this hotel.

Cons: Nothing to not like.

Luxurious Stay with Great Comfort and Convenience

Pros: Our stay at PrimeBiz Hotel in Kuta was excellent. The hotel felt luxurious, with great facilities including a pool and a spa area. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and served as a buffet. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful — they even assisted us with renting a scooter directly through the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great option for a airport transit stay.

Pros: We booked this room as a transit room before a night flight, pool was good - some shade would be a good addition as there was no shade to stay out of the hot sun. I made a booking error/date and staff were very helpful in ensuring they could accommodate us and it was sorted quickly. Staff also were able to.provide transfer to the airport which is 5-10 mins away.

Cons: In the short time we stayed here (during day) not overnight it did sound quiet noisy from other rooms and furniture being moved.
