Wonderful! Perfect for all kinds of travellers

Pros: Staff are amazing and helpful, rooms ar every clean and facilities are fantasic. Across the road from beach, mini mart and massage next door, pleabty of resturants around area and a mall 500 meters away. Hotel does pick up and drop off. I stay here everytime I'm in Kuta

Pros: Great location across from beach. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good pools. Very friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: Our room was in the front. Great sea view, but there was road noise. But expected as Bali dosent have double glazing.

Pros: The location was good and the pool facilities great! The staff were very accommodating when we requested a room change due to no balcony or outdoor area- they even upgraded us with no extra charge! Breakfast was also lovely

Cons: The hotel seems to be under construction so the rooms were way down the back in another part of the hotel.

Brilliant!

Pros: The property is very well located, right in front of the beach and is very well maintained. The room was quite nice and had a lovely sea view. The service at the property is also incredible whether it’s the room service, cleaning or restaurant, the bar or the cafe, every staff member is super kind. The hotel area has many convenient stores, spas and food places as well which made the stay even better. The breakfast at the hotel was also really good, many options to choose from. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Cons: It’s not complaint but my feedback - bedsheet and pillows cover a bit smelly.
