Pros: Staff especially Christopher is very nice and helpful! Definitely would recommend if you wnat to stay next to the beach and practice surfing.

Pros: Great location, great vibe. Found it to be amazing value for money. Breakfast buffet and a la carte options were quite good and good value.

Cons: The bathrooms are little on the smaller size. They are the same size, whether in a standard room or a suite.

I was happy with my 21-night stay ... and I would recommend this hotel. Walking distance to beach.

Pros: The Hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are diligent and management is always on the ball supporting their staff. Staff are always friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to help. The top floor pool itself is excellent, always clean, fresh towels whenever needed. Room service very quick and the food very nice. Cost of food and drinks very reasonable. Breakfast selection was good with variety.

Cons: I stayed in a ground-floor garden room. There was some noise from the lobby but after speaking to management about the unnecessarily loud karaoke, this issue was addressed. Up on the top floor by the pool there wasn't enough shade. Only two umbrellas and then one broke, so only one. It wouldn't be expensive to cover the pergola with shade cloth - would make a huge difference.

Perfect for our 3 nights in Kuta

Pros: The hotel was very convenient for an overnight stay, especially due to its close proximity to the airport, which made travelling stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep despite being near the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast was well organised with a good selection of options, making it easy to get something filling before heading out. Service was efficient and the dining area was clean and pleasant. Overall, this is a practical and comfortable choice for travellers looking for an easy airport stay

Cons: No major issues — the hotel suited our needs well.
