Incredible service.

Pros: Staff was the BEST. So nice and helpful all the time. Amenities and rooms were also incredible. Good breakfast, location is very good to reach the whole area of Kuta, Legion and above.

Pros: First time to this resort the staff was amazing in the restaurant and bar had so much character. The reception desk so helpful .

Very good hotel and safe to stay at.

Lovely relaxing stay, great staff, very friendly and helpful. beachfront hotel with comfortable room

Pros: Lovely breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh. Pool was nice, but spa pool near restraint could do with upgrading / maintenance. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Noise from neighbouring hotel was disturbing, especially late at night and early hours. Some poolside beds were broken and could have done with some repairs, but nothing that affected sunbathing. Only minors niggles which did not detract from the experience.
