Pros: Everything was great. Position , comfortable and staff super friendly

Cons: Smokers in the pool should be banned. So many people (Aussies) just sit around the pool bar and smoke. Not fair on the majority who don’t smoke

Pros: Great beachfront location fantastic breakfast. Very quiet hotel in Legian.

Cons: Front desk will never up grade room category, no matter how empty the hotel is. We have stayed with them for over 15 years and for some reason they will never up grade you.

Pros: The middle-aged male staff were extremely professional and friendly; the female staff always had warm, pleasant smiles; and the service staff consistently greeted us wherever we encountered them throughout the premises. A natural garden where lovely doves and squirrels can be seen.

Pros: Pool bar is great, staff are unbelievably nice and welcoming, location is good with a lot of areas easily accessible. Rooms are kept very clean and service is quick

Cons: No sheet on the bed, only a very warm doona so sleeping was either hot under the covers or freezing with a leg out.

So much fun

Pros: Honestly the best stay we’ve had in Bali - the staff were unreal, so welcoming and nice. Perfect location, and the hotel is what you’d expect for a Bali hotel… new and clean enough. We’ll be staying here every time
