Pros: The location was great, rooms were really nice although we found ourselves with the view of a brick wall and asked for an upgraded room with a view which was accommodated. Very comfortable beds. The staff were really great, the bar with pool table was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Cons: There was no shade available in the Jacuzzi and associated bar area which prevented us from being able to use the space.

Perfect for price, location, cleanliness, and amazinf staff!

Pros: New, super clean and location is perfect. perfectly situated on Legian main street, two entrances & close to all necessities. The rooms were lovely and modern (we had a balcony). In house restaurant has really good pricing and the food quality + taste was a 9/10 for us. 2 pools, ground floor pool 1.3 - 1.5 mtr deep, roof top pool perfect for kids. Buffet breakfast with a large variety of food for $15pax. Most favourite thing about this place is their staff. They are all lovely!

Great - 2nd time staying and will be back.

Pros: We did the Sari making class with Miss Ana and her assistant - was a fantastic morning, learning to make the offerings and the meanings behind them. Can not fault, everything was great.

Cons: the ONLY thing is they need to leave more toiletries. One little tube of body wash for 2 people is not enough

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we will come back again next time in Bali

Pros: Friendliness of the staff, The Hotel was busy with lots of Tourists. Everything was good in the hotel, The room was clean, the Bathroom worked well We were in a Premier Room, that overlooked the Driveway. We were on the same level as checkin The Breakfast was good

Great location and Staff.

Pros: There are two pools, I used the pool on floor 4, it’s quieter but there is no step in and out rail. I didn’t have breakfast (but I have at other stays) the room was perfect, good size, air con, all the extras in the bathroom. I wish to shout out to Aguss who looked after me insuring I had enough tea bags and water, my room was very clean.

Cons: Everything is perfect, that’s why I returned.

Pros: Overall great value for money. In a good location close to everything

Cons: We had just come from a really nice villa in Seminyak, so was a step down from that. But for the difference in dollars, it's expected. Still a very nice hotel.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The room beautiful the bottom pool fantastic the top pool is missing to tiles but its still nice.. Location great staff fantastic.. I stayed for 6 nights in Premier suite and change my plans to book there again for five nights at the end of my holiday that's how much I liked it.. great hotel

Cons: The one issue I have no smart tvs in Premier suite rooms or suite rooms you have to ask for a device to be put in your tv that runs a little slow sometimes..
