Pros: Room was lovely, exactly as in the photos. Staff were also very kind and helpful. Aircon worked perfectly

Cons: Rooms definitely do need a refurbishment sometime soon as there are many signs of wear and tear. That being said I hope they keep the design and layout the same as generally they're really nice.

Basically perfect

Pros: Booked the superior room and it was exactly as in the pictures. I recommend booking this option because the other type of room often doesn’t have a window. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and tidy, all the staff lovely. They also clean your room everyday which is so nice. Air conditioning worked very well

Cons: Wifi was intermittent at times, like if you were connected it always worked but for me it would randomly disconnect me here and there

Cons: The curtains in the room were ripped and old. Something easy to be fixed. Requested early check in, but was not accommodated. The window didn't open which is fine, but the view was a brick wall.

Friendly staff, could return

Pros: Staff were amazing! I wasn’t too well, so bought a room for the day, the gentleman at the desk was so friendly and helpful! Such lovely staff!!

Cons: The only thing I would say is it could have been a little cleaner. We found two little bugs in our room. They looked like cockroaches but everything else was good
