Pros: Very strategic! Just stay for 7 days, the staff is friendly. Recommended.

Good

Pros: Breakfast was good. The room was good and we did not visit the beaches. The water was cold in the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and nice.

Cons: The reception was not what we expected. The breakfast buffet did not have many options. The room did not have any towels we had to remind them twice. We got it after a few hours.

Great stay, modern and clean rooms

Pros: The reviews for this place were so bad so I was super worried . But i was suprised the rooms were really spacious and very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to order room service. The king size bed was massive and soo comfortable.

Cons: The hotel is in need of some loving. It has the potential to be amazing. I could see there was a lot of renovation taking place on fixing and cleaning the pools so most of these were out of service whilst I was there. But you can tell that the right action steps were being made to correct the hotel.

Excellent holiday looking out to the ocean and hills.

Pros: The property has excellent views of the ocean and the main island of Bali. The rooms are extra large and well light. The staff is very helpful. Hot water was available all the time. The bed was very comfy.

Cons: It would help if the room had a master switch to turn off the lighting. It will help to have more vegetarian options in the menu.

Pros: kamar yang nyaman, staff yang ramah & sangat membantu.fasilitas harap di tingkatkan lagi.recoment untuk perjalanan bisnis dan dekat dari Nusa dua dan area destinasi wisata.saya akan menginap lagi

Cons: butuh sedikit renovasi untuk fasilitas

Pros: Pelayanan check in yang sangat cepat & breakfast yg cukup variasi.staff sangat membantu serta lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan area bisnis nusa dua.

Urlop jak urlop, nie ma czasu ma odpoczynek.

Pros: Obiekt jest w bardzo fajnym stylu. Personel pomocny i przyjazny. Dostałem śniadanie do pokoju na zamówienie bo wyjeżdżałem na zorganizowana wycieczkę bardzo wcześnie.

Cons: Czystość mogła by być bardziej dokładna. Top pool potrzebuje wykończenia, świetny pomysł ale brakuje świeżości.

All was good & we are rethinking for next year to book at same hotel.

Pros: Nice variety of b/fast. Especially live egg counter. The chef at the counter was awesome & friendly. The ONLY suggestion I would like to add is - please also have an option for regular coffee as Balinese coffee was TOOOOOO strong for me.
