Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the staff were extremely attentive. The renovation is recent, the room was very clean and pleasant to stay in, with comfortable beds and pillows. It was quiet, and everything was perfect for relaxation. The beach is just a three-minute walk away.

Modern, clean, and pleasant stay with great service

Cons: On the first night, during heavy rain, there was a noticeable sewage smell around 4 a.m., which was also detectable in the lobby the next day. It did not reappear later in the stay, so it may be related to the surrounding area rather than the property itself

Loved the accommodation, the view out to the pool was wonderful. Lobby staff Mira was exceptional, such a lovely helpful

Luxury at affordable price

Pros: One of the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. The handwash, shampoo and body wash - good brand and smelt amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Gym had good equipment.

Cons: The breakfast was good, flavour can be a bit bland, for example I had the noodle soup. Coffee machine is a bit old

Pros: Where to start. From check in Jeremy was a superstar. Always ensured our comfort and got the job done well. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful, but the staff make it memorable. A few important staff to name here... Mariana, Elsa, Eka, Adib, and Lidya and the lady who serviced our floor (I am sorry I did not get her name) were all absolutely wonderful people who became more friends than staff. Always greeted you with a smile and went above and beyond for such minimal details and reasons. I highly suggest this hotel for your stay in Bali, for the Nusa Dua area. The breakfast buffet had a lot to select from with \

Pros: Персонал на высшем уровне, спасибо огромное менеджменту на ресепшене и в ресторане огромное всем спасибо. Особенно внимательна к гостям Rahaya, спасибо ей огромное. Очень удобная идея с шампунем и бальзамом.

Cons: В объекте размещения не хватает хорошего пляжа. И нет халатов я впервые с таким столкнулась.
