Lovely budget hotel with great staff

Pros: The staff and manager norman were wonderful Nothing was too much trouble . Was a lovely small hotel with a fantastic pool. Up a gangway away from the main rd was just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Nusa Dua is a surprise! Kubu Genoa is a must stay!

Pros: Quaint, safe, personal, small, staff 100% 100% of the time-couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool is excellent! Breakfast was limited but lovely, couldn’t ask for better.

Cons: Leaving didn’t like leaving! I would have liked a smart TV.

Nice family owned guest house

Pros: This is a local family owned guest house. The family is really friendly and helpful. We can check in much earlier. The location is quite good, but you have to walk 10 minutes to the restaurant or to the shop.

Cons: The breakfast would be more diversed.

Highly recommend accommodation

Pros: It was very clean Nyoman asked us all the time if we were happy and was everything ok. Breakfast was good. Great pool. We stayed 5 days. It was off the main road (about 3 mins) so was very quiet.

Cons: Nothing not to like about the accommodation but we were disappointed with the area we chose. Not a great beach and traffic was very loud and fast. We tried to eat in places that had doors to shield from the main road.

The most amazing, welcoming hotel/ villa in bali. if not the world.

Pros: The staff at Kubu benoa guest house were just lovely. So sweet and welcoming, the room it self was great, the shower had so much pressure. The nasi goreng for breakfast was amazing, no need to try anything else. The owner was so nice and welcoming, he was funny, caring and always wishing my sister and I well. The rooms were also cleaned so quickly and to such a high standard. Cannot fault this place, great value, sensational staff, relaxing atmosphere and a quality room. Will definitely be staying here for my next trip.

Cons: not one thing. everything was top notch.

Immaculately clean, great location and lovely staff

Pros: The owners could not have been more friendly. Immaculately clean and spotless. Great location amongst restaurants, cafes and shops but set back down a quiet lane so was very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Cons: The only reason this is a 9, not a 10 is as a family of four, kids 8&9 we were only given one double bed. Maybe it would be an idea not to advertise this as suitable if we would then be charged an extra 200rhp per night for another single bed. Other than this we would highly recommend this place.

Everything was just perfect!

Pros: Excellent staff, very welcoming. Nasi Goreng for breakfast was delicious! Clean, modern comfy rooms. Great location to many shops and restaurants.
