Had an amazing family getaway!
Pros: My family and I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for us. We particularly loved the swimming pools; having two separate areas was a great touch. The ground-floor pool was fun for everyone, while the rooftop pool offered a peaceful, adults-only retreat. The beach was also spotless and inviting. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely come back
Cons: A few small improvements would help: adding a trash bin in the toilet area and placing a clothes rack on the terrace

Ok hotel, ok location, ok price
Pros: Price vs what you get is in balance Hotel was at the beach and had own pool
Cons: The breakfast was good if you are Asian,,, rice / noodle But we Scandinavians are used to have something else like, different breads, cheese, ham, vegetables, boiled eggs, yogurt.... When I asked something like that, I got 2 slide of cheese and 2 slide bacon. I said that this is enough for kid then they say I need to pay extra to get more... So did not eat breakfast in the hotel any more

Comfortable and peaceful.
Pros: The property was clean and well managed. It was located in a nice and quiet area and on the opposite side was the beach so you could walk along it during the day and night. Nice view from the beachside.
Cons: The wifi was really bad, it would disconnect like every 2 mins and you couldn’t even connect at times.

Pros: Staff were great very accommodating. Room was cleaned every day. Pool was great we would spend hours in it each day. Quick process for check in and check out. Security at the front would assist with crossing the road.
Cons: Had adjoining rooms, the smell of one of them was horrible however better when the door was opened so thinking it was the AC. Breakfast choice was very limited, decided to eat out for breakfast every day instead.

Mother and daughter on a trip
Pros: Great hotel for the value of money. The ambience is nicer than the pictures posted on the website. We were on the top floor next to the upper pool and spa. The restaurant in the hotel has affordable prices and a variety of food. Although in front of the hotel, on the street, you have various types of cuisine in restaurants. There is a currency exchange in the hotel next to it, which has a good exchange rate and is open until 9pm. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to meet all your requests. There is a very nice energy in the hotel, so we extended our stay from 4 nights to 6 in order to enjoy their beach where the ocean is calm and where you can safely swim.
Cons: Breakfast is more diverse with Asian food than European. There is no ham and cheese.

Amazing and affordable
Pros: We have stayed here 4 times now and it’s brilliant. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean, the area is so clean and the front restaurant Banboo is great. We love that the beach front is clean and you can swim. It has a really great spa out the front and the roof top pool and bar is great. Our beautiful Ayu is gorgeous as always.
Cons: The roof top pool was always adults only but we went and there were about 15 kids in it. My room was one of the last to be cleaned everyday so when I wanted to get back and get ready for dinner was when they were doing it. It’s quick and they are lovely but it would have been good to go the other way every second day.

Pros: Great stay. Got upgraded to a kings direct access room. The room was clean , beds comfy..great pool and easy access to warungs and beach. The sofa pulls out to be a sofa bed so plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens and 1 small child

Pros: Friendly and professional staff. The hotel congratulated me with my birthday! I really appreciate flowers decorating bed in our first day. The breakfast was nice,with traditional Asian cuisine.

We enjoyed our stay and catch up with our sons family,as we are in our 70s we found the hotels facilities easily accesse
Pros: The pool and beach activities and the beach bar were really good
Cons: The restaurant was a little crowded,not a big issue though
