Pros: Forget about any bad reviews this hotel is nothing less than awesome The staff here will make you feel like home specially Bli Fajar and Mrs Widya .. they never rejected any request no matter how silly my requests get .. loved them and loved the vibes .. made the trip worthy for me .. thanks guys.

Cons: only 1 thing ... it seemed that there was 1 room (339) that constantly had the door open even if no-one was staying there and I found that a little disturbing ... is that room haunted by a ghost?

Pros: Service was excellent and staff were friendly. Room was in very good condition, clean and super spacious. Breakfast was ok altho no milk available and toaster was slow
