Bali First trip

Pros: Good and gentle staff, always smiling. Good food, I liked the breakfast.

Cons: There was some stains on some towel, I think they should change them.

Pros: Everything fine, food nive in half board a great option. Just it was a suprise that the swimming pool was closed for use at 8pm

Great value

Pros: The rooms are big and airy. Big beds, lots of pillows. Air con just about did the job. Plenty of towels. A free use gym,better than most I have stayed at. A spa, not used by me. A good breakfast choice. I will definitely use this hotel again when transitting tbrough Bali. It also has a smallish swimming pool I did not use.

Cons: TV's dont have channels, nice wall oarnaments.

Really really good place to stay

Pros: Really really enjoyed our stay there. We got an upgraded room which was really appreciated. The room service food was best in all the hotels that we stayed in Bali.
