Pleasant and comfortable

Pros: We moved to this hotel for our last night stay as it is nearer to the airport. We were given a welcome drink and all staff that attended to us were pleasant. They have comfortable beds and basic toiletries.

Cons: Room lighting is insufficient in Duplex room, Shower head faulty but we managed to self troubleshoot.

Pros: We only stayed one night as a stopover to Gili, but staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had to leave early in the morning, but they made sure we had a breakfast box to go. Very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was fantastic; the staff's attention from the start was magnificent. The facilities are clean and pleasant, the breakfast is simply a delicious buffet with a great variety, and the restaurant offers a good menu for the rest of the day. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ths internet works ok. The hotel is highly recommended.

Pros: Walking distance to kuta beach. Room is spacious, pool is big enough,basic gym equipment and, wide selection of breakfast buffet. Hotel staff surprised me with birthday cake on my birthday.

Cons: Nothing. All is good during my last 3nights stay in bali.
