Good experience staying there for 4 nights as a family.

Pros: Service was excellent and especially the staff were very friendly.

Cons: Location was in a very busy street. You cannot cross the road without the assistance of the staff.

Pros: The location is in the city with good restaurants and shops nearby. The choice of breakfast is good. Friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel is clean. Ample parking space.

Cons: Needed more channels with customer language choice or provide Internet TV to access Youtube or similar platforms

Pros: The staff is very good. Thank you for upgrading our room, and gave a special American breakfast cooked instead by the chef, also let us for late checkout. Its only 55.000 rupiah to airport international departure. 5 minutes walking to busy Legian street.
