Good stay close to the hospital.

Pros: Proximity to hospital, great breakfast, lovely staff.

Cons: Hard to get across road without asking for help-maybe traffic staff could jump in earlier.

Pros: The location was good. Close to the airport and where we needed to be.

Cons: It was a bit smaller than I thought. It was a tight squeeze to walk through between the bed and get to the loft.

Pros: How convenient getting to Mal Galeria from back gate, walking distance...

Cons: The lift always breaks down during the stay.. My 4th time with the hotel & the lifts still keep breaking down.. The Mini Bar Fridge not cold at all in the hotel room..

Pros: Breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite spacey. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall.

Cons: The swimming pool is under construction, which was not mentioned in the website. Although they arrange for another swimming pool at another hotel, it is quite a hassle to get there. There are no covered driveway in front of the hotel. When it rains, you can get wet getting from your cab to the hotel.

Pros: I had an amazing 9-day stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible – everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alan, the security officer, who went above and beyond when my friend was unwell. He showed genuine care and kindness by driving her to the hospital and ensuring she was safe. Alan's assistance truly made a difference and reflected the excellent service of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment. Amazing with good price.

Pros: Property was reasonably priced with pool,spa and breakfast at its best. Same quality as Bali Dynasty resort but cheaper price.

Cons: The kids room was a bit small but the location was nice so we could walk to mall to entertain kids

Great option close to the airport.

Pros: staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight. The pool was great and breakfast was included and had a good variety of different foods.

Cons: The layout of the family room wasn’t amazing, the stairs up to the loft were very steep not great for young children. Not a fan of the frosted glass door on the toilet and shower.

Pros: Good location, very close to shopping centre & eateries. Breakfast was great (a lot of variety), and the traditional drinks (jamu) & traditional cakes are amazing!
