Loved our stay staff friendly and they have lovely lobby area,the location strategies
Pros: The hotel clean and staff very friendly, everything run smoothly,
Cons: When breakfast food was cold need proper heat tray for hot food and for could items like fruits they need put ice on the button trays ro maintaining cool temperature from danger zone

Very suitable, not expensive, enjoyable experience so I will be back in feb-march 2026
Pros: Very clean, great set up, staff were extremely polite and always helpful, room was clean, shower room was clean and well maintained
Cons: The hotel was great, if you decide to walk on the street paths watch out for the huge holes where there’s missing pavement stones

Would absolutely recommend this place 😊
Pros: I stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was incredible. The hotel is absolutely stunning and in a very convenient location, close to the airport and a major shopping centre. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, Joni in particular went out of his way to check in on me every time he saw me, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. The beds are super comfortable, the shower is spotless, and the water pressure is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily return.

Worth it
Pros: Its fancy marbel hotel. Very big. Staff was very nice. Clean. So i would say its worth the money. Big spa, restaurant, bar. I liked it 👌
Cons: I had early check in but they forgot to leave small towels, so i had only big towels and i also didnt ask so it’s probably my own fault. But as i was there only one day and went only to sleep so it wasn’t something big for me. One thing what i noticed. The walls are quite thin as you can hear your neighbors crystal clear. Mine was some Chinese ppl arguing 5am in the morning 😀. I was half asleep and thinking they had probably some visa issues , who knows. 😀

A great stay!
Pros: The staff were absolutely brilliant. It was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were there, and they knocked on the door with a little birthday cake, and also later on in the day left us a lovely towel arrangement on the bed with a card - none of this I asked them to do! Throughout our whole stay the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the hotel itself was great.
Cons: The location was fine for us but is about a 20 minute walk into the heart of Kuta/the beach, so it is easier to take a taxi if you don’t fancy the walk

Great hotel, very fancy, and great Staffa nd hospitality.
Pros: We loved how clean the rooms were and that housekeeping can everyday, the swimming pools were great too.
Cons: The location is just in the middle of nowhere, all the tourist destinations are far away from it.

Very happy with the hotel and my room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Pros: The hotel was very nice overall, the rooms were very nice and looked quiet modern and well set up. The staff were very helpful and the food was very nice.
Cons: It was on a very busy Rd and not much of a view
