Pros: Nice looking hotel, clean and tidy, rooms are a nice size all with balconies. Pool and gym facilities are nice. Breakfast included with the price and it was a great breakfast, the staff were very helpful and offered chef's speciality breakfast dishes. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: Not particularly near many things, would have to take a taxi or scooter to check out any local restaurants or shops.

Great staff and comfortable rooms

Pros: Very close to Kuta Beach which is a beautiful beach with pretty sunsets. The staff was very kind and helpful, and upgraded us to a pool view room. The breakfast options were great too. Good value for money.

Excellent and must visit again to stay.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the staff at the breakfast were very attentive, polite, and customer service oriented. On my daughter's birthday, they decorated our room and served cake and sang a cute birthday song. The team always looks after us. The entire crew was very smily and service focused.

Cons: Overall, I liked everything. The Location was a bit inside and not many shops near the hotel. But that is also good in a way, it provides relaxation and peace from the hassle and buzz of the city. The Kuta beach is only a 20-minute walk, but the hotel also provides a free shuttle every day, dropping off only at 2 p.m., starting from the hotel.

Pros: Very courteous staff , Ulan was exceptional . A nice blend of international cuisines served very fresh . Asri , the front desk incharge was very helpful and professional.

Pros: Pool area was quite simply wonderful. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the pool. Staff were beautiful and made very nice conversation with me. Breakfast was also very good. There was also an excellent supermarket about 15 mins away where you could buy sushi, fruit etc..

Cons: Location was a little bit out. However I took a Gogek to get into the main part of Kuta. As I mentioned to the staff, doors were also being slammed shut- constantly.Soft close mechanisms would help.

Pros: We had such a wonderful time at Fairfield Kuta! We came back because of the incredible staff and the truly loving people who make this hotel feel alive. A special thank you to Ulan, Novi, Rose, and all the others (we’re so sorry we can’t remember every name) – you made our stay unforgettable. Your kindness, smiles, and attention to detail turned our holiday into something truly special. We can’t wait to return again – it was absolutely lovely!

Cons: Booked the premium room, only the set up made it less spacious than the regular room with 2 beds.
