Love this place, will stay again.

Pros: Love this place, it's the second time we have stayed here. They did an absolutely fantastic job of surprising me for my birthday. Yes there is noise from next door but it is barely disturbing and inside the room we couldn't hear it at all.

Cons: Only minor inconvenience was the alley leading to the hotel is now blocked off and it took a long time to get a Grab. We adjusted and walked out to the main road and ordered from there. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Pros: A fantastic hotel in a great location, friendly staff who will happily go the extra mile, great facilities and overall a wonderful stay.

Cons: Breakfast menu could be better, the buffet breakfast wasn’t available as there weren’t many visitors staying during low season when we visited and there wasn’t much to choose from so we ended up eating out even though we had breakfast included.

The staff and hotel was amazing.

Pros: The superior room was the best room. Just by the pool. The staff was amazing very friendly and quick to assist.

Cons: They only provide one toilet paper and when the staff clean they don’t add an extra one, so you have to ask for one. Only one key card is provided and you the card for air-conditioning and ventilation in the bathroom, unfortunately when you for the day you come back to a stuffy room.
