Great location, gorgeous rooms, nice and modern

Pros: The location, in walking distance to eat street. Rooms are nice, clean, large and modern.

Cons: The other Chinese tourists who spit on the ground, disgusting.

We enjoyed

Pros: Excellent customer service, Great locations ,Yammy breakfast, very clean inside and outside the hotel. Happy to get back.

Pros: Good value for money. The bedrooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable, with a few minor adjustments needed as noted below. It’s a new hotel, although the property is unfortunately already starting to show signs of deterioration, which is a shame. The front desk and general hotel staff were very kind and friendly.

Cons: The pillows were uncomfortable and had to be replaced. The doona was far too hot for the Bali climate—I was uncomfortably warm throughout the night even with the air conditioning set low. The reservations managers could benefit from customer service training, as their manner came across as extremely condescending. The gym had an awful smell, I could stand so did not use.

Excellent locations for convienience. Very close to the restaurants, bars and clubs of Seminyak.

Pros: The Breakfast is great. We had the christmas brunch on Christmas day which was excellent. The Staff are the most courteous and friendly staff you will ever see. From Nonita at reception to Liska at the restaurant, they were all great. The room is very spacious and I loved the huge bathtub along with a seperate shower.

Cons: Can't fault the staff. They were excellent. It would good if the rooftop bar would have been open. I was told that it was undergoing reapirs. that's all I can think of. The location is convienient but you need to know that it is about a 20 minute walk to the closest beach.

Stay was comfortable, staff is absolutely fantastic and always ready to help out.

Pros: The locations is perfect, just outside the Seminyak sunset road and walkable to all the best restaurants and bars within 5-7 mins .

Close to restaurants and shopping

Pros: Nice restaurant area, great pool, room was large and clean. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons: It felt a bit sterile and empty in places, no real proper entrance to the pool.

Pros: Nice facilities, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is accessible. There are also good restaurants / eatery nearby - Breadyard, Djie Tjap (if you need some comfort food like noodles and porridge & operate till late night) and Sambal Shrimp Restaurant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Good location

Pros: Location was good with many food choices and shops near. Famous steak joint just next to the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Cons: Housekeeping could definitely do a better job. Cutlery and stained saucers used were not replaced after room was cleaned up. Used tea bag wrapper was also left on the table. Though hotel is supposed to be new, the conditions of the room like flooring, sink and shower area look worn out and dirty. Lift has a distinct insecticide smell.
