Excellent hotel, good location, tasty and clean food, Excellent Hotel, Very good staffs.

Pros: Food in the restaurant were superb and very helpful staffs. The food was avaible 24x7 when I wanted to buy. Very tasty food.

Cons: I liked everything.

exceeded my expectations with the price

Pros: the food is pretty generious with variety of local food, i was very impressed as I heard indo food is not easy to get used to. The staff is very accomodating and responsive, which is crucial in hospitality. I was impress how nice and welcoming Abel is at the front desk, who always greets us with big warm smile. She's a great representative of the hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel, we stayed here for one month, we were a bit hesitant before arriving but it was a great decision! Room was always clean, fresh towels and bedding whenever requested, breakfast was included and the selection was great. Pool and the surrounding pool area was also great to relax at. But mostly, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only potential negative for some people may be that it is a little walk to get to the beach, this was no issue for us and is an easy walk for those wanting to do it

Decent

Pros: The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable (soft). They provide motorbike rent with the hotel and there are few convenience store nearby as well.

Cons: The toilet is abit moldy and we ask them to clean it and then it was okay. The shower head is old and broken. Towel should be change daily and kindly provide unlimited amount of mineral water as per request.

Good value for money and friendly helpful non invasive staff

Pros: I liked the choice of food for breakfast The Fri t desk was helpful and service was 24 hours

Cons: The pool is always shaded You can’t sleep in because of other people noise

Pros: Anak kami sangat suka dengan fasilitas hotel mulai dari tempat tidur anak, playground & swimming pool yang nyaman.

Cons: Hari pertama kami tiba di kamar lantai 5, air panas tidak stabil & terdengar suara pompa air yang tersendat sendat. Sepertinya memang sedang gangguan. Tapi akhirnya telah ada perbaikan & semunya berjalan dengan lancar & nyaman. Terimakasih Brits Hotel, kami akan kembali lagi.

Pros: Tempatnya didaerah kota dan nyaman Sesuai hargalah. Breakfastnya fantastic dan banyak pilihan. Staffnya ramah ramah. Recomended

Pros: Приятный чистый отель, до вкусной еды ехать 5 минут, магазины тоже близко. Все, кто пишут про грязные полотенца, привыкли к хорошей жизни — пожелтевшие пятна это норма для Бали, так что здесь в целом они сильно чище относительно других мест за ту же стоимость.
